Delete your account data

Under GDPR (Article 17 — Right to erasure), you can request the deletion of your Raahee data. Choose to permanently delete your entire account, or delete your data while keeping your account shell (name, email, and login) so you can return later. We'll verify your identity with a one-time code sent to your registered email before submitting the request.

What happens next

  • We send a 6-digit verification code to your registered email to confirm it's you.
  • We verify your identity to protect your account from unauthorised requests.
  • Deletion is completed within 30 days of verification.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been erased.
