• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users, or send unsolicited communications.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data without authorisation.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or collect data from the Service.
• Reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the Service.
• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, or sexually explicit.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code or underlying data.

You retain ownership of the content you submit, including photos and Life Map information. By submitting content, you grant Raahee a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, use, display, and process that content for the purpose of operating the Service, including AI-assisted features.

You are solely responsible for your content and interactions. Raahee does not verify the accuracy of all user-provided information and is not liable for the conduct of any user. Verification badges indicate that certain checks have been completed but do not constitute a guarantee.

Compatibility scores, match explanations, conversation suggestions, and other AI-generated outputs are informational only. They do not constitute advice, endorsements, or guarantees of compatibility or outcomes. You are responsible for your own decisions about whom to connect with and how to proceed.

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. If you purchase a subscription, you agree to the fees and billing terms presented at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You may delete your account at any time from within the Service. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, or to protect the safety or integrity of the community. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that matches will result in any particular outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raahee disclaims all warranties.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Raahee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any interactions with other users. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding twelve months, or fifty euros, whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the EU member state in which Raahee is established, as stated in our Impressum. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise. You may also bring proceedings in the courts of the EU member state where you reside.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
